Stink Horn

It has to be one of the grossest things I have found in my garden. At first I thought it was a present from the local stray cats again since it was green and slimy on top but it was also sticking straight up and I could tell it was hollow.
For those who know what it is, a description is all that is needed to identify it. Nothing else seems to fit the strange description. I didn't notice any odor but that isn't uncommon. If nothing else maybe it will scare off the strays for a while. They didn't seem to like it either when I saw them pass through the yard.
